Shipping And Handling

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. There is a £3.50 charge per UK order for Postage & Packing. UK Postage is free if you spend £50 or more in one transaction.

The Postage & Packing charge for Europe is £6 and is £9 for the Rest of the World. In both cases, orders are sent via Royal Mail International Air Mail.

Orders in the UK are generally received within 3 or 4 days, Europe within 7 days and the Rest of the World within 10 days.
At our busy periods, i.e. March, July, November and December, these times may be longer.
If you have a delivery deadline, please email us using the form on the ‘Contact Us’ page on this site to see if we can send it in time. We will reply as soon as possible.

 

Returns Policy

Arnoldleathergoods website purchases:
A product purchased from our website may be returned within 28 days of the date of dispatch. The product must be unused and in a saleable condition. Please state the reason for return. Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product.
All shipping back to Arnold Leather Goods is to be paid for by the customer. Please post the item back to the address on the ‘Contact Us’ page in a padded envelope and obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office; this is your ‘proof of posting’ in the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive with us. Please note, we regret we cannot refund any ‘Special Delivery’ charges.
(This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.)
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Arnold & Arnold non website purchases:
A product purchased from us at one of the shows we attend may be returned to us for a refund only in the event of faulty goods. If you have just changed your mind about your purchase, a credit note may be issued upon receipt of the goods, as long as they are unused and in a saleable condition.
